Julene Aguirre, Capital One UK’s Head of Research and Design Strategy will be speaking at tomorrow evening’s (9th June 2020) online edition of UX Oxford.
The event will focus on universal design in the financial world and aims to help answer the question, ‘how might we best equip our organisations in the creation of products and experiences that are inclusive of vulnerable customers?’
In addition to heading up research and design strategy at Capital One UK, Julene Aguirre is also a visiting lecturer at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College.
UX Oxford, a monthly event, has attracted a wide range of speakers from high profile organisations including Google, BBC, Microsoft, Financial Times and The Guardian.
Speaking to us last month, event organiser, Mariana Morris explained that event which is usually held in central Oxford was moved online for the first time due to the Coronavirus lockdown.
This month’s event will be the second hosted online. The event attracts a wide audience, explained Morris, “…the event is for anyone interested in UX. Roles of attendees include (but not limited to): designers, researchers, developers, managers, CEOs”.
